Who we are

davamobile.com is operated by Dava Consult SRL, VAT RO25284773, a company registered in Romania. We are the data controller for any personal data described here. For anything in this policy, or to exercise any of the rights below, email alex@davamobile.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, your company if you choose to give it, and the message you write. Nothing on this site collects anything else about you.

When the form is submitted, our server briefly holds the sending IP address in memory to limit automated abuse. It is not written to a database, and it is discarded within minutes.

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising or social pixels, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We do not profile visitors and there is nothing here to opt out of — which is also why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use what you send solely to read your enquiry and reply to it, and to carry on the resulting conversation. Under the GDPR our lawful basis is Article 6(1)(b) — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract — and, where no contract follows, Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services.

We will not send you marketing you did not ask for, and we never sell or share your details with anyone for their own purposes.

Who processes it

Two providers handle data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:

• Resend — delivers the contact form as an email to us.
• Vercel — hosts this site and runs the code that handles the form.

Both are US-based and may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Your message also lands in our own email inbox, where it is kept like any other business correspondence.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Where we go on to work together, we keep correspondence for the life of the relationship and for as long afterwards as Romanian accounting and tax law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable form. Email alex@davamobile.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to the authority where you live.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
